The Chargers’ offense has delivered for fantasy football managers throughout the 2025 campaign. Fortunately, they have yet another favorable matchup before their Week 12 bye.
Let’s look at this week’s start/sit decisions against the Jaguars this weekend.

Start: QB Justin Herbert
Another must-start situation for Herbert despite an average Week 10 performance. The Jaguars are bottom-five in fantasy football against opposing quarterbacks, and Herbert should be able to take full advantage of that.
Sit: RB Kimani Vidal
The second-year back continued his up-and-down trend with a 95-yard performance last weekend against the Steelers. That marks three stellar outings and two duds since he took over the starting role with Omarion Hampton out. We’re going to continue with the trend this weekend and sit him for Week 11.
The Jaguars rank fifth in the NFL in run defense, allowing just 91.7 rushing yards per game. Furthermore, Vidal hasn’t seen as much work in the pass game as he has just two catches over his last three contests.

Start: WR Ladd McConkey
After a slow start to the season, McConkey continues to etch himself back into the must-start category. He’s scored a touchdown in four of his last six games, including one against the Steelers in Week 10. That wasn’t it either, as he registered his second 100-yard performance of the year.
Sit: WRs Keenan Allen & Quentin Johnston
These two started off the season as the top two options in the offense, but things have settled down. In particular, the emergence of Oronde Gadsden hasn’t helped either of them. Allen has seen a drastic drop-off over the last three weeks, posting season lows in targets and receptions while being held without a touchdown in that span.

His three lowest snap count percentages of the year have all come in the last three weeks as well, as the offense begins to integrate more pieces onto the field. Johnston continues to be hit-or-miss, which is largely dependent on whether he connects with Herbert on a deep ball. You can avoid the risk and bench each of these two wideouts.
Start: TE Oronde Gadsden
After four consecutive superb outings, the rookie finally delivered a dud in Week 10. The Steelers’ defense had a good game plan on slowing the tight end down, and he left the game injured as well.
Luckily, Gadsden is off the injury report and should be all set for this weekend’s matchup. The Jaguars are second-worst against tight ends in fantasy this year, so this is an obvious start situation.
