Blake Lively stepping back to mend her bond with Taylor Swift

Blake Lively, Taylor Swift’ fractured friendship seems beyond repair

Blake Lively and Taylor Swift’s friendship has been strained since the songstress was dragged into the It Ends With Us legal battle.

The Blank Space singer was further dragged into the feud, after Lively’s request to keep her chat with the longtime pal private in Justin Baldoni’s case was denied by a New York judge.

As per the recent findings of RadarOnline.com, the 37-year-old actress has reportedly accepted that her decade long friendship with the 35-year-old singer has ended.

“She’s done chasing someone who clearly doesn’t want to be caught,” a source began. “She’s heartbroken, but she knows it’s time to let go. Taylor’s not coming back.”

Referring to Lively’s effort to mend the friendship, the insider continued, “After months of radio silence, Blake has stopped trying to reach out.”

Meanwhile, the 14-times Grammy winner’s source told the outlet, “There is no recovering from this. Their friendship is done.”

“What Blake has done was exploit the Godmother of her children and manipulate the public into thinking that she was watching out for her best interests,” the insider noted.

For those unversed, Swift is the Godmother of Lively’s three daughters , James, Inez, and Betty, whom she shares with Ryan Reynolds.

“(Lively) has no one to blame but herself. Taylor is a girl’s girl, and she loves her friends. She will bend over backward for them, but when that trust is broken, there is no going back,” the source concluded.
