Jennifer Lawrence opens up about struggling with post-baby body

Jennifer Lawrence shared that she plans to get breast surgery after welcoming her second child, saying her body did not recover the same way it did after her first pregnancy.

In a new interview with The New Yorker, the actress spoke openly about motherhood, self-image and how her body has changed after giving birth again.

The actress revealed that she intends to have her “breast done” in November and joked that she needs to stop vaping before the procedure because nicotine slows healing.

“Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one,” Lawrence said. “Second one, nothing bounced back.”

Lawrence, who recently became a mother of two with husband Cooke Maroney, said she is honest about her beauty choices.

However, the Die My Love star further admitted to using Botox but avoids fillers because they “show on camera.”

Lawrence laughed about not having a facelift yet but added, “No, but believe me, I’m gonna.”

The Oscar winner reflected on her changing body and recalled filming her nude fight scene in No Hard Feelings after her first child.

The scene sparked praise for her confidence and openness about postpartum recovery.

The Causeway actress continued saying that she is set to appear nude on screen again in spring 2026, about a year after her second baby.

Her remarks have sparked mixed reactions online, with fans applauding her honesty about body image and surgery.

Many praised Jennifer for being one of the few Hollywood stars to speak so openly about motherhood and confidence.
